Partner
Second generation CT real estate developer. Has developed 2000 residential units in the greater NY area and acted as general contractor for approximately 600 of them. Market value: $250 million. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD, MBA from Columbia University. He attended the London School of Economics during his college junior year.

ALEXANDER KORALLUS-SHAPIRO

Alexander began his career working for a general construction company before moving to institutional real estate finance.
While working for a publicly traded $4.9B REIT, he worked in Acquisitions + Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting directly to CFO during the NASDAQ listing and subsequent sale of one of the REIT’s funds. In Acquisitions, he acquired $350mm of property and submitted LOIs on $775mm of property. In FP&A, he performed asset management of a portfolio of 54 Seniors Housing facilities with 11 operators, including projections and regular cost analyses. Additional past roles include affordable housing underwriting for Enterprise Community Partners, project management for a general construction company, and project management while obtaining site plan approval for a 122,000sf assisted living facility.

Dr. Griff is one of the leading authorities on the care of seniors in the United States. SarahCare is the fastest growing platform for the franchise of adult day care centers in the United States. With centers in 13 states, SarahCare is now also developing internationally with centers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Griff has served on numerous national boards and task forces including being the past Chairperson of the Board of Directors for NADSA, an invited task force member for the Assistant Secretary of Program and Evaluation in the Department of Aging, and a delegate to the last three White House Conferences on Aging. Current activities include being a member of the CMS Caregiver Workforce Group and a member of the International Advisory Board for CARF. She is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences and host of the radio show, Caught Between Generations, that can be heard on Voice America.
BRUCE F. CAPUTO, JD

Mr. Caputo has practiced law for more thirty years. He served as a U .S. Congressman from New York and as a member of the New York State Legislature where he was a member of the Assembly standing committees on Health and Insurance. He sponsored and cosponsored amendments to the State Public Health, Insurance and Social Service Laws dealing with the establishment, management, closure and expansion of various forms of health care provider institutions, the licensure and provision of medical services and State sponsored and private health insurance. His law practice includes legal aspects of the acquisition, sale, development and modification of real property, applications for permits, consents, waivers and renewals related to commercial and residential real property, environmental and building code compliance, ground leasing, commercial and residential leasing and real property financing.
